If you forget your ID (or are locked out after three consecutive failed attempts):

  • Visit your branch to sign a request form requesting a replacement password.
  • You will be required to change the replacement password to a new password of your own, different from previous ones.

  • In case your Matrix Card is lost, stolen or damaged:

  • You need to refer to your branch in order to issue another card.
